How To get To Troon Harbour
Troon is a small town located just to the North of Ayr and Prestwick. Located on the West coast of Scotland it offers excellent connections to Ayr, Kilmarnock, Glasgow, Paisley and even Newcastle and the North of England by road and rail.
The A78 is the main artery to the port. This joins the A77 just north of Glasgow Prestwick International Airport offering connections to Kilmarnock in the North and Ayr in the south. Glasgow is around 35 miles to the north west of Troon port, whilst Carlisle is only a two hour drive.
Troon railway station is located a fair walking distance from the port.
