So you want to spend up to 24 hours touring Ireland?

You've considered the Irish Ferries mini cruise offer but you want to take your car? Then this deal is for you!

This motorist mini cruise is the perfect short break to Ireland as you can enjoy up to 24 hours exploring this magnificent country. Sail from Holyhead to Dublin or from Pembroke to Rosslare.

You are permitted to take your car, campervan or car-derived van under this offer. You can also take a trailer. If you take a camper van or caravan you won't need to find overnight accommodation per se although you'll need a pitch. If you take your car and plan to stay overnight then you'll need to book accommodation separately.

You can stay away for up to 24 hours from the time of arrival at the relevant port in Ireland as part of this offer. It's a great option if you want a taste of Ireland but cannot take a longer break.

Make sure you catch the booked return sailing though. The operator reserves the right to charge penalties to those misusing the offer to travel one-way.

The starting price is for one car and one driver booked at least seven days in advance. Short notice bookings incur a premium. Additional passengers are charged for per person. Trailers incur a supplement as do campers and Dormobiles.

The dull-but-necessary small print

All deals are subject to availability and can be withdrawn by the operator without prior notice. The lead-in prices (otherwise known as the 'from' prices) are, unless otherwise stated above, based on two adults sharing the cheapest available cabin on the cheapest available date. Typically the best prices are available at the start of any promotion period so the earlier you book the better choice of sailing dates and cabin availability you should have. Mid-week sail dates are likely to be cheaper than weekend sail dates.
